Very full

Overeating hasn’t it’s limits. It doesn’t have a stop to it. That is the problem. That we time and again fails to realise the problem with our eating is our inability to gauge our fullness. It’s always right there in your stomach. Waiting for the chance that you eat too much. Not that it doesn’t have its limits . Your stomach is bloated as it is. And needs some time to get back to its original form. We should have some form of control, but inadvertently, right because of this statement. We overindulged in our foods. Is it good or is it bad?

Overeating has its roots since ancient times when gluttony is seen as a sin. Gluttony or eating too much, or overeat. Is seen as a seen once and see it all sin. Nobody is supposed to commit such a sin. Linked it back to modern times, we’ve our run ins with overeating as it is. It is going to lead to a slight increase in weight. With all the slight increase in weight, it’s going to lead to a few kilograms of weight being laden. After a few months, it’s not going to look good on your weighing scale. Not to mention it’s in your figure, naturally. It’s gonna stay like this if you’re not going to do something about it.

It comes and goes as it is. Eating too much is often hard to track and even harder to control. Controlling what goes into your mouth is harder than what the slim ladies had done of not ever eating enough. Do you even have a choice of putting that in your mouth in the first place? The Eyes eats first as the saying goes. The eyes eats first then the body reacts. Now, since the feeling of being bloated has abetted for quite a bit, I wouldn’t say that you don’t have a choice of eating what you want. Only proper planning of what you decide to digest , a.k.a, putting food in your mouth or bodily orifice suffices. I don’t know how the ladies did it. I really don’t.
